Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within an organization, ensuring that it efficiently attracts and selects top talent to meet business needs. This role involves strategic planning, implementation of innovative recruitment tactics, and leadership of the talent acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a critical role in shaping the workforce by developing and refining the organization’s hiring strategies to align with its long-term goals.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals.
Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and workforce planning.
2. End-to-End Recruitment:
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
3. Sourcing and Employer Branding:
Identify and utilize diverse sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
Enhance employer branding to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and use insights to improve processes.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate reporting.
5. Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide clear communication and timely feedback to candidates.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with People & Culture, department heads, and leadership to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
Act as a consultant to hiring managers, offering guidance on best hiring practices.
7. Compliance and Policies:
Ensure recruitment processes adhere to labor laws and company policies.
Maintain diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in hiring.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration or equivalent
Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in the same role
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Strong Knowledge of Oracle Fusion
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law
