Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead our compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across a large network of 42 companies. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership capabilities, technical expertise in Oracle Fusion, and a strategic mindset to design and implement competitive total rewards policies, ensuring the organization remains a market leader and employer of choice.

1- Total Rewards Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure the organization’s compensation and benefits remain competitive
- Design and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals
2- Policy & Protocol Development:
- Create and introduce policies and procedures for total rewards management to improve organizational practices
- Establish protocols for competitive compensation and wage structures to position the company as an industry leader
3- Salary Analysis & Recommendations:
- Perform regular salary gap analyses to identify inequities and make data-driven recommendations
- Develop action plans to address salary gaps and ensure alignment with market standards and internal equity
4- Payroll Management:
- Oversee the accurate and efficient management of a complex payroll system spanning 42 companies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
5- Oracle Fusion Expertise:
- Manage and optimize the Oracle Fusion system to support compensation, benefits, and payroll functions
- Design and implement payment protocols and systems using Oracle Fusion to improve efficiency and reporting
6- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring the professional development and engagement of at least four direct reports
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the total rewards team
7- Compliance & Integrity:
- Ensure all rewards programs are compliant with local labor laws and ethical standards
- Uphold a high level of integrity in all aspects of total rewards management

- Saudi nationals with a Bachelor Degree in Human Recourses, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing Oracle Fusion with a proven ability to customize HCM/payroll management systems and protocols
- Strong experience in total rewards management, including policy creation, market benchmarking, and salary gap analysis
- Proven experience in managing large-scale payroll operations across multiple companies
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience, leading and mentoring teams
- High proficiency in technical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to introduce and manage new total rewards programs to position
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align rewards programs with business goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity and ethical standards
- English & Arabic language – Proficiency level
