ADG: Number 1 in KSA!

You read that right! We are so overwhelmingly proud to inform those of you who may not yet have heard: ADG has been ranked as the best place to work in the Kingdom on Great Place to Work’s (GPTW) Large Company list. And that is not all: not long after that announcement, the GPTW released their list for the best place to work in the UAE and in Bahrain (also in the large company category), where ADG ranked at number three on both.

On the KSA list, we came ahead of the likes of Pepsico, Hilton, DHL Express and Chalhoub Group. On the UAE list, ADG took third place, with McDonald’s and Leminar taking first and second place, respectively. We also ranked third on the Bahrain large company list, with The One and Servier claiming the top two spots.

These rankings are proof to us that our governing ecosystem, Omnipreneurship, is an effective and impactful philosophy in creating an engaging, happy and diverse workplace. We always say that ADG is family and thanks to everyone’s belief in our ecosystem and importantly the values it espouses: integrity, respect, forward thinking, team work and passion – we truly have made this a great place to work.
