Lucky for us, Omnipreneurship can be applied as equally to our professional lives as it can to our personal. As Hayfa Abuzabibah, Chief Omnipreneurship Officer, People & Culture explains, “Our values were chosen based on creating an inclusive, respectful and harmonious workplace. Moreover, having colleagues who lead fulfilled lives outside of the workplace leads to inspired ideas within the workplace”.

When it comes to our workplace culture at Al-Dabbagh Group, we know that it is as unique as it is comprehensive. Omnipreneurship – developed and spearheaded by our Chairman and CEO His Excellency Amr Al-Dabbagh – is an ecosystem that leaves no stone unturned when it comes to fostering a work environment that gives the same weight to the creating value as it does to colleague wellbeing (in and outside of the office) and the wellbeing of our planet and communities.  Part of that comprehensive approach also means celebrating the big and small milestones and achievements of all our colleagues, including celebrating work anniversaries, birthdays, and special country-wide milestones such as Saudi National Day and an Annual Ramadan Iftar. In May, we also marked World Health Fitness Day by organizing a GoWalk event, which 19 colleagues participated in.  In planning and conducting all these activities, we create a workplace that recognizes hard work of colleagues, encourages a sense of camaraderie and fosters an environment of interaction amongst colleagues beyond every-day tasks and duties.

How management chooses to treat its people impacts everything for better or for worse.” With Omnipreneurship as our guiding framework, the Omni Unit at ADG is constantly working toward developing programs and initiatives that enrich the lives of our colleagues, at the office but also at home.
