Letter from Chairman and CEO

While it has been some time since we last shared an internal newsletter with everyone, there have been many updates to share with you from ongoing work behind the scenes, which you’ll find enclosed in the following articles.

It is true that the world is still living through some uncertain times, through lingering effects from the pandemic, some major global economies in recession and the ongoing war in Europe, but we are fortunate enough to be in a position allowing us to move full steam ahead toward our 2030 finish lines. In fact, we are already off to an energetic and promising start to the year, having been ranked as the number one best place to work, on the Great Place to Work’s (GPTW) Large Company list in KSA. This was shortly followed by two additional rankings, both third place on GPTW’s large company lists for the UAE and Bahrain. These rankings are thanks to the every-day efforts of every single one of our colleagues, and their adherence to the values that are intrinsic to our home-grown philosophy, Omnipreneurship. So, my thanks goes out to each and every one of you for doing your part to create a vibrant, engaging safe space that we call our workplace.
