Letter from Chairman and CEO His Excellency Amr Al-Dabbagh
It’s been a busy time for everyone at ADG and across our verticals this year. This edition of the newsletter highlights some of the exciting achievements everyone has been working hard at.
Not only did we start the year off with excellent rankings from the Great Place to Work (GPTW) – the cherry on top was being featured at #24 on Fortune & GPTW World’s Best Workplaces List for 2023, which you can view here. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: this incredible achievement would not have been possible if not for each of our colleagues, who put into practice the principles, values and rules of our ecosystem, Omnipreneurship. I can think of no better way to have started off 2024, solid in the knowledge that our ecosystem has laid the foundation for a safe, inspired and engaged workplace. It has been a springboard from which this year has seen us move steadily toward our business and ESG targets alike, across ADG and our verticals.
We also had our first ever Annual Omnipreneurship virtual event at the start of summer, with the focus of this years theme being on our five values: respect, integrity, forward thinking, passion and teamwork. The values are the foundation of our ecosystem, and a blueprint for the way we conduct business and conduct ourselves: we hope that the event gave inspiration to those who attended on ways to live and practice them on a daily basis – at the office and beyond.
I hope that this year continues to be a successful one for each of you, and that you realize all your goals – professional and personal alike.
