Red Sea Housing (RSI) has signed a SR658 million ($175 million) contract with the Italian construction and civil engineering firm Webuild SpA. It is a 12-month contract, through which our very own RSI will be contributing to the exciting Tojene Dam Project in NEOM. RSI’s contributions to this project will include the design, manufacturing, supply and installation of prefabricated buildings.

Work will take place across two phases, the first of which has already commenced and the second phase to begin a bit further down the line.

For RSI, this aligns toward the overarching goal of becoming a top company in the Kingdom when it comes to delivering model solutions for administrative and residential complexes, as well as field hospitals. RSI offers a comprehensive infrastructure, including electrical power, clean water, food supply and wastewater treatment.
